Warranty

Each Base Case has a one-year limited warranty from the original date of delivery for the original purchaser. Extended two year warranty is optional and can be purchased at checkout. 

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If a Base Case product or component fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Base Case, LLC (“we”, “us”, “Base Case”) will repair or replace the defective part or product at our discretion. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and will meet original performance specifications.

This warranty applies only to Base Case products purchased directly from getbasecase.com or from an authorized Base Case partner. It is not transferable and applies only to the original end user.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, modification, unauthorized repairs, improper storage, or use outside of intended environments. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, cable wear, and damage caused by transportation after delivery are not covered.

Base Case is not responsible for damage to laptops, monitors, peripherals, or other devices used with the product. We do not warrant compatibility with devices outside of stated specifications.

Bulk and B2B orders of ten or more units may qualify for extended warranty coverage. To be eligible, the purchasing business must be registered with Base Case and approved prior to fulfillment. Extended warranty terms, if issued, apply at the company level and are not transferable to individual end users.

To submit a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required. You must contact our support team at support@getbasecase.com before sending any product back to Base Case. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state or country.
