Executive - 23.8" Dual Screen UHD/4K Command Center

Well, we have only had it for a week or so, but first look is impressive. It powered right up with no configuration issues. Quality appears exceptional. We are going to use it in a public safety/emergency management environment out in the field at incident command posts on major crimes and wildland fire incidents.

BaseCase has been a complete game changer for me when I’m on the go. As an IT professional, working from a single laptop screen was significantly limiting my efficiency and productivity. I used to avoid midweek travel or working remotely because it often meant frustration and reduced output.

That has completely changed thanks to my BaseCase. I can now work comfortably from a hotel, a relative’s home, or anywhere I happen to be, with the same level of efficiency as if I were sitting in my office. It has removed a lot of the stress that came with being away from my primary workstation.

The dual 24” 4K displays are bright, crisp, and exceptionally sharp, providing a true desktop-class experience. Setup and breakdown are quick and seamless, thanks to the built-in power and data hub. With just a single power adapter, I’m able to run both displays and my laptop, which keeps everything clean and simple.

Overall, BaseCase has made mobile productivity not just possible, but genuinely enjoyable!

Overall finish is great. Product works wonderfully and is easy to setup for sure. Makes having screen space very easy to have on the go. I would love to see the wheels to be connected with screws so they could be replaced in time as the wear out. I also think the ability to replace extension handle will be come a thing later in product life cycle. The attached briefcase is great but would be better to be raw shell to be built out for needs and organizer is a good addon but could just be bare. I carry a testing tools and Mac mini and spare cable so more space is better. I would also like to see a rubber slip-on cover for the base bars. That takes a lot of abuse as you roll around and stop in upper right position. Thank you for all the hard work solving a tough problem. I look forward to using and growing with this product.

I was a very early Indiegogo backer of the Base Case Executive, and it has exceeded expectations in every way.

I’ve now used it at five trade shows to demo my company’s software - starting with World of Concrete in Las Vegas, then the Precast Show in Kansas City, Battle Creek (MI), Des Moines (IA), and back to Vegas for CONEXPO. It’s honestly become one of our best booth assets. It draws people in immediately - they come over asking about the case, and that naturally turns into conversations about what we do. That alone makes it worth it.

Build quality is excellent. The briefcase and travel bag both feel premium and durable, and the setup is incredibly easy - takes just a couple minutes and you’re up and running with a clean, professional dual-screen setup.

Travel-wise, I’ve found a good rhythm:

* Short trips: briefcase + backpack (clothes as personal item)
* Longer trips: suitcase + use the Base Case travel bag as my personal item with everything I need in-flight

Only real downside: it can get heavy when fully loaded. But that’s the tradeoff for having a full workstation in a briefcase - and it’s absolutely worth it.

What surprised me most is how much I use it beyond trade shows. I now use it:

* At home as my primary monitor setup (replaced older monitors)
* On the road for remote work
* And I’m especially looking forward to using it in my Airstream on extended trips - huge upgrade over hauling bulky monitors or compromising on screen space

Also worth calling out - Arthur and the Base Case support team are fantastic. Responsive, helpful, and clearly care about the product and their customers.

Bottom line: if you travel, present, or work remotely, this thing isn’t a gimmick - it’s a serious productivity tool and a conversation starter all in one.

I’m blown away by the quality of the monitors and the innovation in its design. I’m retired, but I do volunteer board work with non-profits as well as search and rescue. In both instances, the ability to multitask with three monitors is my key to efficiency. Having the ability to access three monitors (laptop and Basecase) within a minute of the need is amazing.
